The King’s Speech was one of the lamest movies to win Best Picture. Even lamer than Shakespeare in Love and Driving Miss Daisy. On this, I think we can agree. If you still haven’t seen a wealthy royal overcome adversity, save yourself two hours and watch this sttttttupendous sttttttttammering suuuuuupercut. It pretty much highlights all the funniest and most uncomfortable moments in what amounts to a throwaway film.
