See to me, that statement seems like contradiction in terms. This is the worst villain in the history of EVERYTHING!!!! It’s a brutal movie, so unbelievable and unremarkable, that I wish there was someway to unmake Unbreakable(like all those un’s?). They called me Mr. Glass? Come on dude, I could yell out “I just pee’d my panties” in the middle of a battle field and still be more badass than Mr. Glass.

Big Trouble in Little China was more of a buddy flick. Jack has the help of a wizard and a martial artist. Great sequel material, though.

Unbreakable is one of my favorite films, and while I did always wish his idea of a David Dunn trilogy got realized, yeah, I think he’d write it into the ground now. At least it stands as a satisfying hero origin story on it’s own. Interesting list though.

Interesting discussion.

Though I can think of many more movies that could use a good sequel. But don’t you find that the sequels rarely live up to the original? ‘Indiana Jones’ would be a good example.
